This three-month 1:1 programme is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, soften long-standing coping patterns and rebuild a life that feels calmer, clearer and enjoyable. Through a blend of breathwork, somatic practices and integrative coaching, you’ll learn how to rest without guilt, make decisions from truth rather than fear and feel more at home in your own body.

The pace is gentle, grounded and supportive - no pushing, no overwhelm. Just steady, compassionate guidance to help you move from coping to fully living.

What’s Included

  • Six 1:1 sessions over three months
    Breathwork, somatic work and coaching tailored to your needs each time.

  • Teachings on the nervous system and how to self regulate using somatic practices, breathwork and mindset tools

  • Personalised breathwork, somatic exercises and weekly reflections to help you integrate the work.

  • Mon–Fri messaging support between sessions.

  • A personalised plan to support your unique nervous system including lifestyle habits, self talk, boundaries, somatic exercises, journal prompts and more

Community-supported places are available for girls and women on low income rebuilding after adversity.
