The Soul Practice exists to help women and girls move out of survival mode and into a life that feels steadier, softer and deeply enjoyable.

Through breathwork and integrative coaching, I support nervous system health in a way that feels human, warm and life-enhancing.

This work is for anyone who wants to feel calmer, clearer and more connected — from women rebuilding after adversity, to those seeking more rest, creativity and ease. Modern life keeps us rushing, overthinking and numbing. Here, we do the opposite: we slow down, breathe, reconnect and remember what it feels like to inhabit a body that feels safe and supportive.

The Soul Practice is a gentle, grounded space to unwind, integrate and grow. Income from private clients enables funded support for girls and women who otherwise wouldn’t reach this kind of care, making the work social in purpose as well as personal.

Healing here isn’t about perfection. It’s about coming home - to your breath, your body, your joy, and your life.

Meet Laura

Laura is a health researcher, policy advisor and VAWG advocate on a mission to help women and girls feel safe, in their bodies, relationships and in society.

After more than a decade shaping health policy in the NHS, she saw clearly that while most healthcare treats disease, it rarely addresses the stress, trauma and emotional overload that undermine our health and wellbeing. And the systems that are intended to protect us, often overlook the needs of women and girls.

In her personal life, Laura grew up around illness and stress, experiencing family collapse and sexual abuse aged 14. Years of coping in silence into her 30s, eventually pushed her to rebuild her life from the inside out. Breathwork, somatic practice, hormone health education and compassionate inquiry became the foundation of her rebuilding her health and creating a life she loves.

Today, she integrates science, somatic practice and lived experience to help women and girls understand, and feel good in, their bodies, and empowered to create lives they love.
