Whether you're rebuilding after a difficult chapter, struggling with stress, or simply craving more ease in your daily life, breathwork offers a direct route back to yourself.

Each session meets you where you are that day. We start with a brief check-in, move through guided breathwork and gentle somatic practices, and finish with grounding so you leave feeling settled, steady and supported.
£70 per session

Workshops
Breathwork circles offer the beauty of unwinding together - a mix of gentle movement, guided breathwork and quiet integration. They’re accessible to all levels and can be tailored to community groups, studios, corporate wellbeing sessions and retreats.
